Evaluation for treatment through StemGenex® is easy and uncomplicated. You simply complete our online contact form or call us at 800.609.7795 and we will promptly contact you.

One of our Patient Advocates will address your questions and provide you with detailed information.
Next you would complete a medical history form provided by your designated Patient Advocate and our medical team will review your records and determine if you would be a good candidate for adult stem cell treatment.
At this point, you will be contacted and informed of our recommendation.
Once you have decided this is the best option for you, we will determine if any other testing is needed which can be completed wherever you live.

Once your procedure is completed you will spend one night in a nearby hotel and you will be given follow up instructions and a schedule of follow-up tests (if required) to evaluate your progress. Periodically you will be contacted by our Patient Advocate to answer any questions you may have.

Travel Arrangements, Accommodations and Transportation

Our Patient Concierge will work with you to coordinate your travel and transportation arrangements. This representative will take care of all your needs around-the-clock during your stay, including transportation to and from the airport, the hotel, and the clinic. This includes hotel check in-services, and everything related to your comfort to ensure the most positive experience possible throughout your treatment.
