Stem Cell Treatment for Osteoarthritis: Alice Shares her Success Story

Alice B.

“I am 65 years old, and I have osteoarthritis, primarily in my knees. Walking had become extremely painful, and I was unable to walk more than a block or two without serious discomfort. An orthopedic physician recommended two knee replacements, but wanted to hold off as long as possible, prescribing pain medication to be taken for a few years while the knees continued to worsen.

As I was unwilling to start on long term pain meds, I sought alternatives. After reviewing several stem cell clinics, I chose StemGenex, primarily because they use my stem cells, not embryonic or placental cells derived from undisclosed sources.

I had my treatment on December 1, 2016.  I walked several blocks on the first day, without pain. It has now been 100 days since treatment, and I continue to increase my walking distance each week. I understand that full regeneration takes 3-9 months, so I don’t know what the final result will be, but at this point, I am extremely happy with the results.

I had forgotten how much pain changed my attitude until I was without it. Six weeks after treatment, my boyfriend proposed, I accepted, and we were married six weeks after that. I don’t believe I would have taken that leap of faith had I not felt certain that I had a healthy future in front of me.

The staff is wonderful. The facility is clean, modern and efficient. I love these people – they are passionate about their work, and it shows.” Alice B.,  March 10, 2017.
